Each session is 30 minutes long and is conducted at a distance by Luna Nyx, which includes time spent sending feedback about the session. You will be sent a link for music to listen to at your appointment time, and then you will be contacted afterwards via email about how the session went.
You do not need to be available at the time of the session, although you will find benefit in putting space aside to fully immerse yourself in this healing. I had just come out of hospital after a knee replacement and I was only 3 days post op and in a lot of pain. Raven offered to carry out a healing for me. I know it sounds impossible but I almost immediately felt better and also had a peace within. Over the next few days my recovery was incredible. I did not need to use strong pain killers and was able to get around on my own. I was wallpapering my granddaughters' room 3 weeks after my op, I would highly recommend the healing!
I have my Reiki sessions later in the day to help me sleep. They have made so much difference in helping me to feel calm before bed. The first session I had was the first full night's sleep I've had in ages. Thank you.
